BIKE PATROL

Here at Mystic Bike Park, we are extremely proud to have our very own in-house Bike Patrol. We hope you never have to meet these guys and girls in a professional capacity but if you do, rest assured you are being taken care of by a team of skilled and well-trained individuals.

You can contact our Bike Patrol team by using the designated phone number provided at Guest Services and throughout our site.

SIGN OUR WAIVER

All riders must sign our waiver once per year before riding in the park.
SAFETY TIPS

ON ARRIVAL

On arrival, all riders (even Annual Mountain Pass / Season Pass holders) are strongly encouraged to check in to Guest Services. We will make information on current trail conditions and closures here!

We strongly suggested all riders save a copy of our trail map to their phones.

We strongly recommend not riding alone. If you are riding alone you will be asked to provide us with some additional information so we can ensure you finish your riding session safely.

We also ask all riders to add the Emergency Contact number to their phone (also located on the wristband that you receive at check-in). Add it to your contacts now: 1300 031 413

WARMING UP

We strongly recommend riders warm-up and commence their riding on our beginner and intermediate trails regardless of their usual higher skill level, before gradually progressing to more difficult trails.

Our bike park features some of the most challenging trails in Australia and conditions can vary considerably. Especially when using our Uplift service and riding our gravity-focused trails, you may find our trails much more difficult than you may be used to.
