Can I cancel my booking?
All bookings are non-refundable.
A customer may cancel the booking in exchange for a one-time credit voucher for a fee of $25 upon each request, valid for 3 years from the date of issue. If the cancellation is requested no later than 4 pm, 4 days prior to the commencement of the booking. For example, if the booking is scheduled for 9 am on Saturday, cancellations must be made by 4 pm on the preceding Monday.

Can I change the date and/or name of my booking?
A customer may modify the start date or the name associated with the booking for a fee of $25 upon each request. If the modification is requested no later than 4 pm, 4 days prior to the commencement of the booking. For example, if the booking is scheduled for 9 am on Saturday, cancellations must be made by 4 pm on the preceding Monday.

What happens if the park closes due to extreme weather or another unforeseen event?
We endeavour to keep our park open in just about any conditions. Despite this, short closures will occur due to extreme weather and high fire danger. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide our guests with as much notice as possible. All affected guests will be offered a new booking or a refund.
Can I walk in and make a booking on the day?
Short answer yes. Walk-in on the day bookings will incur a $5 fee and you run the risk of missing out with products regularly selling out.
